JOB DUTIES:

Fu Yu Corporation Ltd is looking for an independent and high motivated Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join the Additive Manufacturing Team in Singapore.

Successful candidate is expected to contribute to research & development activities for new product development and production scale up of 3D printed products where he/she will be carrying out the following work scopes but not limited to:

  • Design, prototype and validation of product designs
  • Review functional and printability of 3D models based on necessary specifications and requirements for each project.
  • Carry out operations on selected 3D printing machines for new product development which includes material printability, process optimization and post processing
  • Identify new opportunities for adopting 3D printing technologies in existing manufacturing process.
  • Documentation of work procedures and data according to ISO standards requirements
  • Maintain and upkeep of AM lab according to HSE standards and is responsible for equipment scheduling and maintenance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Engineering, Industrial Design or any relevant discipline
  • Exceptionally motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the additive manufacturing field
  • Experience in additive manufacturing technologies
  • Strong teamwork and ability to manage cross-functional and divisional relationships
  • Knowledge in Product Design & Development will be advantageous
  • Familiar with CAD (computer aided design) software will be advantageous
  • Experience with machining manufacturing environment will be advantageous
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
