  • Manage customer expectations, resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  • Handling of daily customer orders and request.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales for all sales activities.
  • Co-ordinate with Planning and factory for stock supply / allocation.
  • Co-ordinate with logistic for shipment arrangement.
  • To maintain smooth supply chain.

Job Requirements/Skills:

  • IT literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good Knowledge of Basic Systems ( LN , GSOP)
  • Good communication skills to deliver clear and concise message to stakeholders and team members.
  • Good team player to be able to collaborate with other team members.
  • Independent and proactive, able to take ownership and complete tasks assigned with integrity.
  • Good time management and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with self- motivation and determination.
  • Meticulous and detailed orientated in organizing and maintaining information and records.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service in Electronics Industry
  • Diploma/Degree in relevant field and/or equivalent experience.
