First Page Digital is looking for a highly experienced Client Strategy Digital Director who is knowledgeable with all things digital marketing such as SEO, Content Marketing, Google Ads, Paid Social platforms like Tik Tok, Meta, Instagram & LinkedIn advertising. Other platforms like Programmatic Ads, Amazon Ads, Apple Search Ads etc can be added advantage.

Someone who loves to drive game changing digital strategies for businesses that will add value to clients' businesses. Understand clients' businesses, recommend digital marketing solutions and work with internal teams to account manage, execute and perform . We are looking for someone who is self-driven and process oriented. Someone who loves to work with inspired (and inspiring) teams. Great client facing communication skills to build relationships. What you will be doing:

. Review existing client base and campaigns to drive new digital strategies and value added initiatives for clients' business success.

. Collaborate with Account Managers in identifying and prospecting potential upsells/cross sells to generate new business opportunities within the existing client base.

. Support Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions assisting with retention.

. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for business growth (Agency and Client).

. Monitor and analyse current and historical data in organic and paid campaigns to regularly provide insightful and actionable recommendations to clients.

. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth objectives.

. Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Performance, Content, Sales, Finance and HR) to align business development strategies with company goals.

. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients, partners, and stakeholders.

. Stay updated with industry news, regulations, and emerging technologies to identify potential business opportunities and risks.

What we need:

. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing or Performance Manager, Associate Director or Director.

. Experience and ability to collaborate with team members across departments.

. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on planning and execution practical experience either agency or inhouse.

. Minimum of 3 years of strategy and driving of business commercials.

. Agency experience preferred.

. Someone who values quality you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.

. Analytical. Reads and understands the data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

. A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.

. Speed and able to hit deadlines.

. Great client facing skills and relationship building skills.

. Good organisational and time management skills.
