 The Cryptocurrency Trading Team

 The Quantitative Trading team uses impeccable statistical analysis and data mining skills to thoroughly explore global markets, crafting profitable predictive trading models.

The Roles

Role 1 - We're in search of a dynamic Software Engineer to join the cryptocurrency trading team, collaborating closely with traders and technologists to enhance and maintain our trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for development and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to a wide array of high-performance computing and big data issues. With technology at the core of our success, candidates will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the rapidly evolving crypto space.

Requirements

5+ years of C++ development experience, demonstrating proficiency in templates and both low-level and high-level optimization.
5+ years of experience in a Linux environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining live trading systems.
Self-directed with a strong work ethic, able to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
Proficient understanding of computer systems, including operating systems and networks, with the ability to build and debug high-performance distributed systems.

Bonus Points

Familiarity with Python or a strong willingness to rapidly gain proficiency.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and familiarity with internet protocols such as WS and HTTP.
Interest in cryptocurrencies and previous experience with trading or execution systems.

Role 2 - Our cryptocurrency trading team fosters a dynamic, innovative environment that cultivates individual growth. We're in search of a Software Engineer with networking and algorithmic experience to partner with our traders and technologists, driving the evolution and maintenance of our teams infrastructure.

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency with C++ design and programming over a minimum of 5 years.
Extensive experience, spanning at least 5 years, in developing real-time software applications.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, with a preference for low-level networking knowledge.
Comprehensive knowledge of algorithms and a foundational understanding of statistics and algebra.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and shell scripting.

Bonus Points

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record as a proactive individual contributor in dynamic environments.
Consistently reliable and available when needed.

These roles are ideal for C++ Developers/Engineers with experience developing and maintaining low-latency Trading Systems, have a skillset that includes low level networking and algorithm development along with an interest in the world of crypto.
