  • As a Tax Consultant at Dewan P.N. Chopra & Co., your key responsibility areas will include tax litigation preparation and representation of appeals at various levels such as CIT (A), DRP, AAR, and ITAT. You will also be involved in corporate tax planning and providing strategic advice on complex tax matters. Additionally, you will offer guidance on international tax issues including Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, and Repatriations.In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with Senior Management of Clients, including UHNI and large Corporates from diverse industries. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure successful completion of assignments and enhance customer satisfaction will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Displaying leadership capabilities, managing client relations, driving business development, and fostering the growth of the division will be key components of the role.Furthermore, you will be expected to support, train, and mentor the team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work. Dewan P.N. Chopra & Co. is looking for a candidate with extensive experience in Direct Tax Litigation and Advisory. Preference will be given to individuals with a background in Direct Taxation Advisory & Litigation Services at reputable consulting/CA firms or in the industry. Practical experience in representing clients at the Tax department, expert technical knowledge of legislation, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, sound commercial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, networking abilities, and business development expertise are all qualities that we are seeking in the ideal candidate. Leadership capabilities to drive the growth of the Division will also be highly valued.,
