As Duty Manager of the Health Safety and Security function, your main responsibilities include:
- Leading the Emergency Response team during emergency incidents
- Planning Health Safety & Security and fire awareness programmes, trainings, and inspections
- Coordinating with government agencies on fire, security, and pandemic follow-ups
- Planning and coordinating fire, rescue, and station drills; and red teaming drills
- Developing maintenance schedules for operational equipment and vehicles
- Managing security service providers
- Ensuring compliance with ISPS & CERT requirements
- Preparing and reviewing contingency plans, SOPs, and other related plans/practices
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Hold leadership roles in SCDF or SPF
- Those from SCDF Specialist track (EMT, Hazmat, Marine) or SPF/security-related positions are preferred
- Candidates with FSM certification will have an added advantage
- Able to meet the fitness requirements of the job and can perform shift duties
