About the Role
You’ll assess the effectiveness of funded projects, develop principles for a more standardised evaluation approach, conduct surveys to measure programme reach, and support planning and reporting for the broader programme team — while also serving as secretariat for internal meetings.
What You Will Do
Programme Support & Business Partnering
- Support programme planning and KPI reporting for the broader programme team
- Conduct surveys (e.g. partner satisfaction and community polls) to assess the reach and effectiveness of programmes and initiatives
- Support the review and refinement of fund problem statements to ensure continued relevance
Fund & Project Review
- Review the effectiveness and longer-term value of funded projects, including assessing whether successful projects could be sustained, scaled, or incorporated into broader initiatives
- Review the fund evaluation process and develop principles for a more standardised approach to assessing proposals and project outcomes
- Conduct research, analyse findings, and develop recommendations arising from the review
Secretariat & Planning
- Serve as secretariat for internal meetings, coordinating materials, recording key discussion points, and following up on action items
- Support programme planning, reporting, and other coordination-related work as required
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in any discipline; fields such as Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or Social Sciences preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise information and develop well-reasoned recommendations
