JobDescription
  • Support AVP to drive a pro-data culture, work with globalHR counterparts to ensure sound Master Data Management andavailability of clean data to facilitate analytics.
  • Interpret and present HR data within the broader businesscontext, ensuring insights drive both HR and organisationalobjectives.
  • Perform data analytics andgenerate insights/recommendations for use cases/metrics such asglobal workforce, attrition, talent planning, employee engagementlevel and cost management
  • Create and maintaindashboards for reporting
  • Develop data policiesthat guarantee personal data privacy rights and personal data rightof use
  • Support talent technologies and HRsystems, drive and implement process re-engineering, and createsynergies to enhance data analyticscapabilities
The SuccessfulApplicant
  • Atleast 4 years working experience in Data Analytics
  • Ability to connect HR data insights to broader businessand workforce strategies.
  • Experience workingwith HR data or workforce analytics is an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel, including macros, and experiencedwith PowerBI or other data visualizationtools.
