About the role:
Communications Agent
As a Communications Agent, you will be the voice of our hotel, ensuring seamless and professional communication across all channels. You will handle phone inquiries, respond to guest messages via our mobile app, and manage email correspondence with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. Your role is key in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing accurate hotel and dining information while ensuring that any urgent matters or emergencies are promptly directed to the appropriate teams.
What Will You Do:
- Providing exceptional service by assisting guests with inquiries about hotel services, dining options, in-house events, and local directions.
- Addressing guest requests and concerns with professionalism, including handling feedback in accordance with hotel policy.
- Managing wake-up calls and messages.
- Monitoring and responding to emergencies, including fire control panel alerts, ensuring guest safety at all times.
- Maintaining and operating communication systems, including the hotel's switchboard, property management system, and telephone network.
- Assisting with technical support for in-room and public area telephone.
- Supporting retail sales by assisting guests with purchases of luxury bedding, linens, and sundries from the hotel's Gift Shop.
What you bring:
- Open to entry-level candidates with Diploma in Hospitality or its equivalent
- One (1) year of relevant experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group) is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure
- Passion and curiosity in the luxury market; Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest preferences
