Join us in designing and delivering youth development programmes that build confidence, leadership skills, and positive community impact for young people.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee mentoring programmes in schools and the community.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement engaging youth development initiatives
  • Manage youth projects, including our annual symposium
  • Build strong networks with schools, agencies, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate programme records, track outcomes, and share impact stories,
What You Bring
  • Degree in any discipline (Social Services preferred)
  • 1-2 years' experience in youth development or programme delivery
  • Strong passion for mentoring and working with youths
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage face-to-face and online
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flair for facilitation
