Roles & Responsibilities

San Romero Style is looking for a flexible and motivated Styling & Content Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a growing personal styling and image consultancy business.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has a good level of spoken and written English
  • Communicates well and professionally
  • Is genuinely interested in styling, fashion, wellness, and personal growth
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and is not afraid to learn

The job focuses mainly on supporting content creation for social media, assisting in client-facing sessions, and providing general admin and logistical support when needed. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being creative, organised, and part of a purpose-driven small business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, filming, and editing social media content (Instagram, Reels, Stories, etc.)
  • Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos during client sessions, events, and workshops
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
  • Design simple visual assets using Canva or other user-friendly platforms
  • Support face-to-face styling consultations, talks, and workshops (e.g. logistics, setup, client assistance)
  • Help with light admin tasks (e.g. email replies, file organisation)
  • Attend occasional in-person meetings or events
Requirements & Skills:
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in fashion, styling, image, and wellness
  • Basic knowledge of video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a bonus
  • Basic digital skills (Google Drive, email, etc.)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Based in Singapore and available for occasional in-person meetups
