Client Description:

Our client is a well-established Australian menswear retailer known for offering contemporary, on-trend fashion at accessible prices. With a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand, the brand is expanding into Singapore for the first time, bringing its signature blend of smart-casual style, exceptional customer service, and fast-paced retail energy to a new market. This marks an exciting phase of growth as the brand introduces its confident, customer-focused approach to menswear in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries confidently.
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve any customer concerns promptly.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, retail environment.
