Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and passionate trainer to conduct engaging training sessions in Photography, Videography, and Graphic Design for adult learners. If you have a strong background in media and a talent for teaching, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions in Photography, Videography, and Graphic Design through various formats, including classroom instruction and hands-on workshops.
  • Develop and customize lesson plans, course materials, and training resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners enhance their skills and achieve their objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the media industry to ensure course content remains relevant.
  • Assess learners' progress and conduct evaluations in compliance with training requirements.
  • Foster a professional and engaging learning environment to promote an interactive and productive classroom experience.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course offerings and maintain high training standards.
Job Requirements:
  • ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) certification is preferred but not a requirement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire adult learners.
  • A creative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to tailor content to diverse learning needs.
