About the role

Curtainmise Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our premium curtain and blinds products to both residential and commercial customers. What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting for new customers and building a pipeline of qualified leads
  2. Arranging and conducting sales consultations with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  3. Preparing detailed and professional quotations and proposals for customers
  4. Closing sales and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to installation
  5. Maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing exceptional after-sales support
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the home furnishings or interior design industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close sales
  4. Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive customer experience
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
