Job Title: HR & Accounts Executive

With a lean and dedicated team of under 30 employees, we value versatility, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can handle both Human Resources and Accounts functions in our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource

-Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and offboarding.

-Maintain and update employee records, HR policies, and procedures.

-Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM systems.

-Administer payroll, leave records, medical claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, SHG).

-Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, union agreements, and other employment-related legislation.

-Coordinate employee trainings and welfare activities.

-Serve as the main HR contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.

Accounts

-Handle a full set of accounts (depending on complexity), including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end reporting.

-Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and track collections.

-Assist in GST submissions, financial reports, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with statutory requirements.

-Monitor cash flow and assist management in financial planning.

Requirements

-Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

-At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Accounts (experience in the construction industry preferred).

-Familiarity with MOM work pass systems, CPF submission, statutory compliance, and working with unionised environments.

-Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero) and MS Office.

-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a small team environment.

-Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and resourceful attitude.
