About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement & Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring seamless delivery of products to market. You'll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality across our global supply chain. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and production operations that keep our innovation pipeline flowing and our products world-class.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage strategic procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  2. Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers across Asia-Pacific
  3. Oversee production planning and manufacturing schedules to meet global demand
  4. Ensure alignment between procurement, production, and inventory management
  5. Monitor and optimize supply chain costs, quality, and lead times
  6. Collaborate closely with R&D, logistics, QA, and operations teams
  7. Maintain supplier compliance with EHPlabs' quality, ethical, and sustainability standards
  8. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in procurement and production workflows
  9. Support new product launches from sourcing through to scaled production

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  1. 4+ years of experience in procurement, production, or supply chain management, ideally within FMCG, nutraceuticals, or health products
  2. Strong supplier management and negotiation skills across international markets
  3. Proven ability to manage production timelines, factory relationships, and logistics coordination
  4. Deep understanding of raw materials sourcing, packaging development, and manufacturing workflows
  5. High level of commercial acumen and cost management capability
  6. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  7. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  8. Proficiency with supply chain and inventory management tools
  9. Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
