Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients and growth opportunities within the market.
  • Develop Compelling Proposals: Contribute to the creation of persuasive proposals that highlight our agency's strengths, capabilities, and tailored solutions for prospective clients.
  • Support Pitch Presentations: Prepare supporting materials and assist in delivering engaging pitch presentations, clearly communicating our value proposition and addressing client needs.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with internal teams to develop innovative, customized solutions for new business opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Support the cultivation of strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen business development efforts.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving client needs to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
  • Track and Report Progress: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
  • Develop KOL Business Pipeline: Develop a business pipeline for KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management as an independent or complementary revenue stream with clear sales targets.
  • Manage New Client Accounts: Once new clients or projects (either KOL management or expanded scopes) are won, manage these accounts independently or with the support of freelancers.
  • Project Management Support: Assist with project management on selected projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, or a related role within a public relations or marketing agency. Experience in KOL/influencer marketing, creative services, or account management is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Presentation Expertise: Confident presenter with experience supporting pitches to senior-level executives.
  • Strategic and Creative Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Proactive and Self-Driven: Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
