H&B is an immersive storytelling and edutainment group that brings people closer to each other and to their passions through shared experiences. H&B has curated unique event campaigns and groundbreaking exhibitions that seamlessly blend arts, culture and technology. These include the Fullerton Concours d'Elegance, Southeast Asia's first-of-its-kind premier celebration of the automobile, and Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom, Dale Chihuly's first major garden exhibition in Asia amid the COVID-19 pandemic. H&B also organised the highly-raved Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience, the first in Southeast Asia. Today, H&B looks to bring its brand of ingenuity and originality to the rest of Asia.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports organisational objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research to inform content strategy and development.
  • Craft engaging, informative content, utilising strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Translate complex ideas into accessible, compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Clearly articulate and present content concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure content is effectively communicated and resonates with the target audience.
  • Design and develop content specifically tailored for conferences, symposiums, and roundtable discussions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is relevant and reflective of current trends.
  • Create and curate content for training workshops, focusing on educational and professional development needs.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to content creation and delivery.
  • Evaluate how the latest technology trends can be leveraged to promote innovation in product and customer experience.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in the (MICE) technology sector.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent editing and writing skills, with an ability to logically process information.
  • Ability to take projects seriously and produce work quickly, but also curious enough to ask questions.
  • Able to be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in addressing challenges and embracing new opportunities as they arise.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Experience in event/exhibition (MICE) content programming is highly desirable.
