Job Title: Speech & Language Therapy Specialist

Location: Boon Keng, Central Region

Salary: $3,700 – $5,500 per month

We're looking for a Speech & Language Therapy Specialist who is passionate about helping students discover their voice. You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that works closely with educators, parents, and other therapists to create meaningful change in students' communication skills and overall development.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy in a supportive school environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan & Deliver Therapy Programmes – Design and implement individualised and group-based interventions, both in the classroom and therapy rooms.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work alongside teachers, therapists, and parents to integrate therapy into daily school activities and ensure consistent support for each student.
  • Evaluate & Document Progress – Conduct assessments, track outcomes, and maintain accurate records in line with AHPC standards.
  • Mentor & Educate – Guide interns, orient new therapists, and share knowledge with staff and parents through workshops and consultations.
  • Maintain Therapy Spaces & Resources – Ensure all therapy environments and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're committed to professional excellence and building strong connections with students and their support networks. You should have:

  • Qualification: Tertiary degree in Speech-Language Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Certification: Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council, Singapore.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year working with paediatric communication disorders.
  • Skills: Strong clinical expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Mindset: Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
