Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in vending machine operations and hands-on technical experience.
  • Class 3 Driving License
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and result oriented.
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight timeline.
  • Good team player but able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn, self-motivated, possess a can-do and positive attitude.
  • Resourceful in seeking out methods/solutions to solve problems and achieve targets.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing the operations of a fleet of vending machine.
  • Track sales performance and perform stock up with drivers when required.
  • Manage driver route and schedule.
  • Monitor System Platform and address technical issue when surface.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and replacement of parts in the field.
  • Performance set up, programming and testing of newly deployed machines.
  • Schedule Deployment and Placement of Vending Machine.
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and ensure proper maintenance/servicing are carried out when they are due.
  • Ensure company vehicle, tools and equipment issued are accountable, properly maintained and in good condition.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair/service of Vending Machines, Chillers and Freezers, Payment systems and equipment in the field.
  • Assist with any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by General Manager.
  • Must be able to work Overtime if there is an urgent need/requirement. i.e. tender fulfilment, special project or urgent replacement of vending machine requirement.
