Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Textile Technician to oversee and maintain textile production machinery, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high-quality fabric production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing textile manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, adjust, and maintain weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, and finishing machines.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in textile production machinery.

Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure smooth production processes.

Monitor fabric quality during production and make necessary machine adjustments.

Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain efficiency and product standards.

Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies in the factory.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of textile production processes and machinery.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.

Familiarity with fabric types, weaving, knitting, and finishing techniques.

Good problem-solving and technical skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced factory environments and handle multiple tasks.
