About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Business Development & Partnership to support our strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client engagement, partnership development, and membership management in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Follow-Up & Client Engagement
Track and follow up on business leads, coordinate meetings, and assist in preparing proposals and pitch decks. - Presentation & Communication
Draft and design professional presentations, participate in client meetings, and ensure consistency in communication materials. - Documentation & Agreements
Draft and manage MOUs, partnership agreements, and service proposals. Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance. - Administrative & Coordination Support
Maintain accurate records, schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support KPI tracking. - Market Research & Intelligence
Conduct basic market research and monitor trends to support partnership strategies. - Membership Management
Handle applications, renewals, and member communications. Support member events and engagement initiatives.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client servicing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); CRM experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
