Laboratory Operations Assistant // Govt Agencies

Location: Kent Ridge

Working Hours: Mon-Thu(830am-6pm), Fri(830am-530pm)

Salary: $13.6/hr - $14.7/hr

Contract Duration: 11 Months

Job Scope:

You will be part of a laboratory that delivers radiation dose monitoring services for radiation workers in Singapore. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Improving work processes and customer engagement to enhance overall service quality.
  • Leading customer service surveys, analysing feedback, and implementing process enhancements.
  • Monitoring application payments and dosimeter issuance to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing the preparation, distribution, and courier arrangements of dosimeters to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery.
  • Performing quality checks on returned dosimeters, maintaining clear communication with customers, and managing courier job lists to uphold service standards.

Requirement:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a service laboratory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Diploma in Applied Science, Biomedical Science, Environmental Science or relevant
