Roles & Responsibilities
  • Admin / Document Processing / Paper Work Exp
  • Mon - Fri / Office Hour
  • Benoi Sector (Transport Provided Islandwide)

Job Scope:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of creating rental contracts
  • Process invoices and ensure accuracy
  • Compile and submit required documents to the Principal
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Coordinate activities with the Sales and Project teams
  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Handle budget revisions when required
  • Monitor ordering systems and track shipment details
  • Manage and respond to high volumes of emails promptly
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2 years of Administrative / Document Processing experience
  • Prior experience in shipping is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

Other Information:

  • Salary: Up to $3000/mth + AWS + VB
  • Location: Benoi Sector (Transport Provided Islandwide)
  • Working Day: Mon - Fri, Office Hour
