Role:

Asa Graduate Software Engineer, you'll join our Engineering team inJune 2025. Thisfull-time role offers a chance to makea meaningful impact and kickstart yourcareer.

How You'll Make an Impact:In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and build ourproduct.
  • Create clear, consistent, andhigh-performing interfaces.
  • Understand andsolve customerchallenges.

  • Company Onboardingand Engineering Bootcamp during your first weeks -introduction to Wise and to the engineering toolsand terminology we use at Wise, designed to bridge the gap betweenuniversity and working in a live production environment
  • Engineering Academy - a 9months programme of essential technical topics for engineeringgraduates. Topics are selected and delivered by our engineeringcommunity on a bi-monthly basis
  • Mentorship/ buddy programme -you will have a buddy assigned to you to give you asmuch possible connection with people who know what you're goingthrough
Qualifications

WhatYou'll Bring:
  • You aregraduating in 2024 or 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree,potentially in Computer Science or any other STEM subject. However,a degree in a technical field is not a must as our selectionprocess prioritises your skills.
  • Ready tostart full-time in June 2025.
  • Knowledge ofcomputer science fundamentals and any major programming languages(Java/JavaScript/Python/Kotlin/Swift)
  • Abilityto explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Commitment to best coding practices and codereviews
  • Basic knowledge of modern webtechnologies and a strong interest in web development
  • Don't worry, we don't expect you to knoweverything
  • Eligible to work inSingapore
