About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Program Manager to lead complex, multi-country technology initiatives. This senior role requires a strategic leader who can orchestrate large-scale programs spanning multiple projects, stakeholders, and geographic regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for complex IT initiatives across multiple countries
  • Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
  • Coordinate interdependent projects and manage stakeholder relationships globally
  • Drive program-level decision making and provide executive reporting
  • Manage program budgets and optimize resource allocation
  • Establish risk management processes and ensure compliance requirements
Essential Requirements
Industry Experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in global telecommunications product and service companies
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and service delivery
  • Knowledge of telecom industry standards and market dynamics
Program Management Expertise
  • Proven program management experience (minimum 5+ years) - not project management
  • Experience managing programs with multiple interconnected projects
  • Track record of delivering large-scale programs with significant budgets
  • Professional certification in program management preferred
Multi-Country Experience
  • Essential experience managing programs across multiple countries (minimum 3+ countries)
  • Demonstrated success coordinating international teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with different regulatory environments and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Professional certifications: PgMP, PMP, MSP, or equivalent
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud technologies
