Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and qualified Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of welding techniques, safety standards, and fabrication processes. The Welder will be responsible for joining metal parts using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform welding tasks according to engineering drawings and specifications

· Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment

· Inspect and test welds to ensure structural soundness

· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts

· Prepare components for welding by cleaning and positioning parts

· Ensure all welding work complies with safety and quality standards

· Report and document completed work and any defects found during welding

· Work on weekends and perform overtime duties when requested

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (required)

· Proven experience as a welder in industrial or construction settings

· Strong attention to detail and precision in work

· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

· Physically fit and able to handle welding tools and equipment safely

· Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
