Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a 6-months Contract HR Executive (Recruitment) to join our HR team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and support employer branding initiatives. You will also assist with onboarding, recruitment events, and HR projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recruitment experience who is organised, adaptable, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment checks), including proactive candidate hunting.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and HR projects such as career fairs and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' recruitment experience (in-house preferred).
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM guidelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS/ATS experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills; organised and adaptable team player.
  • Able to commit 6 months contract.
