Job Title: TCM Operations Assistant Manager/Manager 运营助理经理/经理

Location: Tiong Bahru 中峇鲁

Employment Type: Full-Time 全职

Salary: $3,000 to $4,500 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive/Assistant Manager to support our day-to-day operations and drive operational improvements and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage office operations, scheduling, and documentation

· Implement improvement to operational processes to achieve operational efficiencies

· Assist with HR and finance-related tasks as needed

· Support the development of the chain of clinics and implementation of new operational initiatives

Requirements:

· Singaporeans or PR only

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or marketing roles

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design or marketing tools

· Prior experience in TCM group or chain clinic operations preferred

· Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to facilitate communications regarding TCM treatment protocols and supplier co-ordination.
