Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Captain
(Semi Fine Dining)

Salary: S$ 2,750 - 3,200 + 4,000 Joining Bonus + AWS + Annual Bonus + OT Pay

Location: Sentosa / Somerset

Schedule: 5-day split shift (break between 3pm-6pm). Weekends & Public Holidays required.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior F&B and wine knowledge is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Scope:

  • Hands-on role in daily restaurant operations (Front-of-House focus).
  • Receive management training in sales, customer service, and profitability.
  • Enforce all company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • May assist in kitchen/back-of-house if needed.
