Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate tram along designated route
- Assist with guests' enquiries and feedback.
- Provide assistance during tram emergency situations.
- Work closely with tram technicians to ensure trams are in good working condition
- Queue and crowd management at tram stations.
- Manage additional tasks as assigned.
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
- Class 3/3A Driving Licence required with minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Pleasant and courteous disposition with good communication skills
- Enjoy interaction with guests
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Seniority level Entry level
