Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Micro-Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement micro-marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and local markets.

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.

2. Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, organize, and execute events to promote retail banking products and services.

• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion.

• Ensure events are executed within budget and achieve desired outcomes.

3. Campaign Management:

• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-branch promotions.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.

• Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.

4. Customer Engagement:

• Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty.

• Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve marketing efforts.

• Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, email, and in-person events.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and compliance, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and compliant.

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community organizations.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on marketing activities.

• Diploma in Marketing or Events-Related


• 2 years of experience in marketing and events
