Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage governance and compliance programmes for the organisation and its global operations
  • Deliver legal advisory and support for organisation's business activities (drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, creating legal templates for project structuring, liaising with strategic partners and financiers, overseeing external counsel engagements)
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and corporate policies in alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Strengthen compliance processes by monitoring regulatory changes, identifying and escalating potential compliance risks to senior management & overseeing the implementation of appropriate resolution measures
  • Assist in corporate secretarial duties and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards. To prepare meeting materials, draft meeting minutes and resolutions & ensure proper documentations

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, preferably with qualification in Singapore or UK law
  • 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house
  • Possesses experience in legal drafting, demonstrates sound commercial judgment, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
