Job Info:

  • Basic up to $2800, entitle AWS + VB
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm(Alt Sat after 3 months probation)
  • Boon Lay, West Region

Job Scope:

  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor/Officer in daily operations at the logistics center.
  • Handle day-to-day logistics tasks, including managing inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Track and monitor customers' orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, warehouse staff, and forwarders regarding shipments.
  • Perform picking and packing of inventory items to fulfill customer orders.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers on shipment and delivery statuses to ensure all orders are completed successfully.
  • Prepare inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and address stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external warehouse operations teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the superior as needed.
  • Be available to work overtime when required.
