Roles & Responsibilities

Account cum HR Executive

Location: Farrer Park

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Entitled to AWS + VB + Incentives

Responsibilities

  • Manage full accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
  • Process invoices, payments, reconciliations, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Handle GST filings, tax submissions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and staff welfare matters.
  • Manage recruitment activities – job postings, interviews, onboarding, and exit clearance.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related MOM documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and liaise with CPF, IRAS, and other authorities.
  • Review and update HR policies and Employee Handbook to ensure compliance.
  • Support management with ad-hoc duties, insurance matters, and internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Familiar with Navision software
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Able to handle full set of accounting
  • Able to work well in a team
