Fractional COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Job Description:

  • Streamline operations and improve organizational efficiency
  • Implement scalable systems and processes across departments
  • Manage cross-functional teams and drive execution
  • Support CEO in strategic initiatives and internal alignment

Qualifications:

  • Over 20 years in operations or general management experienice preferably in life sciences, healthcare or related industries
  • Experience in scaling teams and systems in fast-paced environments with solid experience in customer service
  • Skilled in process mapping, SOP development, and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of tech platforms for scheduling, EMR, or CRM
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency, commercial excellence and process transformation
  • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
