Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and support infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms, and system operations to ensure reliable performance. The role involves cloud computing infrastructure, vendor management, and governance processes to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.

Location: Nearest MRT, Orchard

Working Hours: Mon–Thurs, 8.30am–6.00pm (incl. 1hr lunch) | Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm

Contract Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to $7,000

Responsibilities


• Manage infrastructure architecture, resource planning, and system performance for cloud platforms

• Apply technical expertise in Infrastructure Services, including Cloud Computing, Infrastructure Management, and DevOps principles

• Maintain oversight of systems operations and governance processes to ensure continuity

• Support application systems through collaboration with Application Services teams

• Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring coordination between internal teams and external vendors, meeting project timelines and quality standards

• Manage vendor performance through KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with obligations and maintaining working relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in infrastructure management with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Microsoft Azure)

• Cloud technology platform certifications (AWS or Azure) preferred

• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure, cloud computing, and DevOps practices

• Good vendor management and project coordination skills
