Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups to enhance security and reliability.
- Install, configure, and test new IT infrastructure components to optimize system performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide end-user support and guidance on best practices for IT system usage.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or a related role.
- Strong expertise in hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
