This advertisement is recruiting for the position ofReceptionist.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE high school located in Anchorvale Link.
Contract Period: from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Option to Extend: for a further period of one (1) year from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours :
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The services required are set out as the follows:
The receptionist reports to the Administration Managers. The overview of duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Reception
- Frontline service like attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors.
- Handle calls and enquiries to the General Office from stakeholders such as parents, public, teachers and students.
- Accept Goods delivery to the reception counter on behalf of staff.
Perform any other duties assigned by School Leaders and Administration Manager.
Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- GCE "O" Level qualifications.
- Basic IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and etc).
- Finance, HR and General Admin experience.
- Meticulous and Customer Service experience.
- 3 years of experience in a school environment.
