Roles & Responsibilities

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Perform NPV and IRR calculations for investment case
  • Establish investment and profitability models for new and re-negotiated contracts
  • Establish and maintain commercial risk and sensitivity models
  • Establish and maintain business cases for each asset (cradle to grave)
  • Establish and maintain impairment testing models for each asset
  • Perform commercial re-appraisal of completed projects one year after completion
  • Provide analysis to Commercial Managers for re-negotiations of contracts, large variation orders and impact of bonus and penalties for existing assets in the fleet
  • Communicate and liaise with finance department regarding capitalization of additional investments and management of depreciation profiles for existing asset in the fleet
