Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with new/existing clients and provide full recruitment support
  • Perform research and understand clients and their industries well
  • Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needs
  • Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
  • Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates
  • Conduct reference check on candidates on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate and negotiate on salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs

Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of sales/recruitment/customer fronting experience
  • Candidate must have business level of Japanese proficiency in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients/candidates, including performing negotiation.
  • Portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on mutual agreement basis
  • Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, ability to multi-task, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
