Our client are a trusted provider of power system solutions, specializing in generator services for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. Our team delivers expert maintenance, commissioning, and emergency support to ensure uninterrupted power across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Service Engineer with hands-on experience in generator systems and a passion for leading field operations. This role involves technical service delivery, client coordination, and regional travel to support projects across Singapore and the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute generator servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Perform commissioning and load bank testing for new and existing installations.
  • Guide junior technicians and coordinate site activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients to provide technical support and post-service follow-up.
  • Travel island-wide and regionally to support service contracts and emergency deployments.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in generator servicing and power systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, control panels, and load testing procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead site teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Willingness to travel across Singapore and APAC (short-term assignments).
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards.
