We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Programme Executive to join our team in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with intellectual disability.

Job Summary:

As a Programme Executive, you will play a role in developing and implementing training programme and activities tailored to the unique needs of our residents/ clients. Working closely with our Head of Training and Therapy and Programme Executives, you will design and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote skill development, independence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and conduct training activities as assigned, working closely with

the Head of Training and Therapy to deliver skills training and therapy

activities for adults with intellectual disability.

-Manage client attendance, conduct safety checks, and ensure clients' well-being during activity hours.

-Teach, supervise, and evaluate clients' performance, providing guidance and support as needed.

-Collaborate with volunteers to deliver training and therapy activities, providing guidance and support as necessary.

-Ensure client safety at all times, following established safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Collaborate with the training and therapy teams to maintain accurate records, manage stock inventory, and organize internal/ and or external activities.

Requirements:

· Passion for working with individuals with intellectual disability.

· Experience in working with individuals with intellectual disability will be an advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
