Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
Drive sales, manage costs, and maintain smooth operational workflow.
Perform cashier duties and provide excellent customer service.
Lead and supervise outlet staff, ensuring effective training, onboarding, and certification.
Conduct service orientations and on-the-job training to enhance team performance.
Foster a positive work environment by motivating and guiding team members.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 'O' Level or above.
Experience: At least 2 years in F&B retail with basic proficiency in MS Office.
Language Skills: Must be able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking staff/customers.
Personality & Skills:

  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and improve workflow in a fast-paced environment.
