Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Art Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong artistic skills and a genuine love for working with young children. You will assist in delivering art lessons, guide students through creative projects, and help maintain a positive, encouraging studio environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in planning and delivering engaging art lessons aligned with The Drawing Mint's program.


• Demonstrate and guide students in a variety of art techniques and mediums.


• Support young learners (ages 4–12) in developing artistic skills, confidence, and creative expression.


• Maintain a safe, tidy, and inspiring studio space.


• Provide feedback and encouragement to students in a positive manner.

Requirements


• Diploma or degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or and Early Childhood related fields.


• Strong technical skills in drawing, painting, and other art mediums.


• Prior experience working with children in an educational or studio setting.


• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.


• Creative, enthusiastic, and able to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)


• Experience in sculpture, architecture, or digital.


• Bilingual in English and another language.
