About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Administrative Assistant to help keep things running smoothly across AMPS TEA's group of companies. You'll be involved in a bit of everything – basic HR, handling accounts receivable, and coordinating logistics for our supplies and partners. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety and can juggle different tasks day-to-day.
What You'll Be DoingHR (Basic):
- Help with staff records, leave applications, and simple HR paperwork.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and exit procedures.
Accounts Receivable:
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments when needed.
- Keep track of who has paid and who hasn't.
- Work with the finance team to reconcile records.
Logistics & Supply Coordination:
- Arrange for raw materials to be sent to our partners.
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive stock and ensure deliveries are on time.
- Keep an eye on inventory and update records.
- Someone with admin experience (bonus if you've handled accounts or logistics before).
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and maybe some accounting software (we can teach if you're willing to learn).
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks at once.
- Good communicator – you'll be speaking with suppliers, partners, and the team.
- A self-starter who can work independently but is also a good team player.
- A friendly, SME work environment (we all help each other out).
