The Lobby Ambassador is responsible in managing variousaspects of the Lobby operation in the delivery of the Raffles HotelSingapore's service experience throughout the entire guestjourney.

Primary Responsibilities

Executes Core Tasks Of The LobbyOperation
  • Delivers the Raffles HotelSingapore guest experience through a seamless flow of processes andin close cooperation with the Raffles Butler.
  • Provides a first-class arrival experiences for allresidents including a seamless and personalised check-inexperience. Closely assists the F&B team in welcoming andaccommodating/seating restaurant patrons.
  • Ensures the smooth running of the Lobby operation byperforming all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics as issuedby Raffles Hotel Singapore.
  • Upholds a flawlessimpression and perception of the Raffles Hotel Singapore productsand colleagues.
  • Addresses any securityincidents and guest complaints to the Lobby Operations managementteam and reacts proactively when suitable andappropriate.
  • Ensures service standards andindividual performance are aligned with Accor Values - GuestPassion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest,Innovation and Respect.
HandlesCashier And Lobby Operation Coordinator Duties
  • Accurately executes cashiering and billing duties incoordination with the Raffles Butlers and cooperates closely withthe Finance team.
  • Acts as Lobby OperationCoordinator to handle administrative tasks and to ensure the smoothlobby operation and the completion of all essential preparatorytasks prior to guests' arrivals.
  • Responsiblefor the timely pre-arrival correspondence cycle within the LobbyOperations team.
Maximises theoutcome of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Executes the annual upsell strategy and achieves allgoals as set by management.
  • Cooperates withall departments and divisions in promoting inter-hotel sales andin-house facilities for Residents, F&B patrons andvisitors.
Seeks constant improvementof quality in product and services
  • Ensures guests receive the experience as detailed inbrand Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Raffles Hotel SingaporeLocal Standard Operation Procedure (LSOP) as well as Forbes 5 star/ Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards, and aims to achievethe scores and goals set by management.
  • Participates in the handling and follows up of anysecurity incident and guest complaint together with the LobbyOperations management team and always reinforces hotelvalues.
  • Adheres to Workplace Safety and Health(WHS) policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile

Knowledge andExperience
  • Diploma and Degree frompreferably hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability tocommunicate in a secondlanguage.
