Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Production

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and animate engaging short-form videos for Tiktok and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop a compelling social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, creator tools, and platform best practices to create high-performing content.
  • Track and analyze video performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and impact.
  • Enhance storytelling through motion graphics, animations, and AI-generated content.
  • Edit video content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other industry-standard software.

Creative & Ad Hoc Projects

  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce high-quality video content.
  • Support additional creative tasks, including graphic design and other multimedia projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in short-form video production, including shooting and editing,
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, memes, and platform algorithms.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Familiarity with TikTok's features, creator tools, and content best practices.
  • Ability to generate AI-driven content
  • Bonus: Experience in acting, directing, or on-camera presence. And incorporate motion graphics
