You will be responsible for promoting and selling fitness memberships, providing excellent customer service, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will work in a dynamic team environment to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

You are required to…

  • Promote and sell fitness memberships to prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies to drive membership sales.
  • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting fitness events and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the fitness facility.
  • Leading group classes with a focus on functional training and circuit training according to Schule by club manager for your benefits to engage with member and build rapport for future referral and sales.

Are you?

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in presentation skills to effectively communicate the benefits of fitness memberships.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to drive membership sales.
  • Post-secondary education or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore, Island wide
  • Salary range: $2200 to $5000 per month.
