Job Description

  • Working Hours: 5 Days per week (10.30am – 9pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational duties, such as taking customer orders, handling cashier transactions, and preparing tea.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures of the shop.
  • Welcome customers warmly and address their inquiries.
  • Prepare beverages following standard operating procedures and according to customer preferences.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and well-organized.
  • Assist with inventory checks.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels for daily operations.
